This is Alex, Chef and Founder.
After being a chef for over 10 years, I’ve been reflecting on what is important and what does food represent. Through studying herbalism and practicing a mindful lifestyle, I have pivoted to a holistic, meaningful approach to cooking. I truly believe in food as medicine, supporting our bodies with ancestral wisdom through herbs and plants, real food from farmers. My intention is to bring more awareness towards supporting our bodies in healing through thought out meals.
