Our Ingredients

Embrace Wellness After Birth: Elevate Your Postpartum Experience with Our Nutrient-Packed Organic Meals

Grey Salt

We use Celtic salt in our meals for its rich mineral content, including magnesium, calcium, and potassium, which are essential for overall health and well-being.

Unrefined, filled with trace minerals with no other ingredients in salt!

Natural Sweetners

We are committed to using only natural sweeteners like honey, maple syrup, or fruit-based sweeteners in our recipes, avoiding refined sugars and artificial additives.

By eliminating refined sugars from our meals, we help stabilize blood sugar levels, reduce inflammation, and support long-term health and well-being.

Seed Oil-Free

We prioritize the use of healthy cooking oils such as olive oil, beef tallow, ghee and butter in our kitchen, avoiding seed oils like soybean, corn, or sunflower oil.

Seed oils are often high in omega-6 fatty acids and prone to oxidation, which can contribute to inflammation and oxidative stress in the body.

Ghee

We use ghee, a clarified form of butter which is lactose-free and contains healthy fats, vitamins A, D, E, and K, and butyric acid, which supports gut health and may aid in digestion.

With its high smoke point, ghee is an ideal cooking fat, imparting a delicious taste to our dishes while promoting satiety and nutrient absorption.
